Temporary Resident Visa

This visa is an official counterfoil document that is placed in a person's passport to demonstrate that they have fulfilled the requirements for admission to Canada as a temporary resident. When arriving in Canada, visitors are allowed to stay for up to 6 months. Longer-staying visitors must request an extension and pay a new fee.

We can help to ensure that your temporary resident visa application is accurate and comprehensive by addressing any issues that a reviewing officer might bring up.

This visa is a multiple-entry visa that allows for multiple entries for up to ten years. A super visa enables travellers to stay in Canada for periods of up to five years. In addition to meeting other qualifying requirements, you must be the parent or grandparent of a Canadian citizen or permanent resident to be eligible for a super visa.

Permanent Residence

Family Sponsorship

Spousal, Partner, or Child Sponsorship:

Your family members can live, study and work in Canada if they become permanent residents of Canada. If you are at least 18 years old, a Canadian citizen, an Indian registered in Canada under the Canadian Indian Act, or a permanent resident of Canada, you may sponsor certain family members to immigrate to Canada.

We can assist you with providing pertinent background information and filling out the paperwork correctly for your family sponsorship application.

Parent and Grandparent Sponsorship:

Canadian citizens and permanent residents can sponsor their parents and grandparents to immigrate to Canada. Grandparents and parents who are accepted into this program are granted permanent residence in Canada and may eventually be eligible to apply for citizenship.

We will assume the responsibility of handling your application and we will make the process much simpler for you.

This program aims to attract skilled immigrants who want to live permanently in Canada and contribute to its economy.

  • Federal Skilled Worker: for skilled workers with experience working abroad.
  • Federal Skilled Trade: for skilled workers who are qualified in a skilled trade.
  • Canadian Experience Class: for skilled workers who have work experience in Canada.

We can help you determine whether you meet the minimum requirements, as well as create and upload your Express Entry profile and submit your permanent residence application once you receive an invitation to apply.

Business Visitors

A business visitor is a person who travels to Canada for global business transactions but does not enter the Canadian labour force. Business visitors must demonstrate that both their primary place of business and source of income are outside of Canada.

If you travel to Canada as a business visitor, we can help make sure you have the right paperwork with you, including a letter from your employer that meets all the requirements.

Electronic Travel Authorization (eTAs)

An Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) is required for visa-exempt foreign nationals travelling to Canada by air. An eTA is electronically linked to a traveller's passport. It is valid for up to five years or until the passport expires, whichever comes first. With a valid eTA, you can visit Canada as often as you like for brief periods (typically up to six months at a time).

If you need assistance with applying for an eTA, our knowledgeable team would be happy to help you with the process.

Work in Canada

Temporary Foreign Worker Program \ LMIA

Global Talent Stream:

The Global Talent Stream offers timely, responsive, and predictable client-focused service to help you access highly skilled global talent to expand your workforce here in Canada and to be competitive on a global scale. This stream is designed for innovative firms in Canada that are referred to Service Canada by a designated referral partner and that need unique and specialized foreign nationals to scale up and grow. It's also intended for firms in Canada that need to fill an in-demand, highly skilled position on the Global Talent Occupations List.

Our team can assist you with the whole LMIA application process, including filling out the required forms, gathering the supporting documents, and creating a thorough Labour Market Benefits Plan (LMBP).

High Wage LMIA:

To hire a temporary foreign worker (TFW), you may need a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA) to determine if hiring a TFW will have a positive or negative impact on the Canadian labour market. As an employer, you must comply with the program requirements. These requirements may vary depending on the position you're requesting. Service Canada takes the program's integrity very seriously and they have mechanisms in place to verify employer compliance. Employers who fail to comply with these requirements will be subject to consequences. To get an LMIA, you must submit an application form and all the necessary supporting documents. Your application will be assessed to validate the legitimacy of the business and the job offers and the impact hiring a TFW would have on the Canadian labour market.

Our team can assist you in eliminating any errors or potential obstacles in your LMIA application, thus improving your chances of success.

The International Mobility Program (IMP)

The International Mobility Program enables employers to hire a temporary worker without needing a Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA). As part of the process, employers will typically have to submit an offer of employment through IRCC's Employer Portal.

  • International Free Trade Agreements: These agreements contain clauses that make it easier for businesspeople to enter Canada temporarily on a reciprocal basis.
  • Intra-Company Transfers: This category enables foreign companies to send skilled workers to Canada on a temporary basis to increase management efficiency and boost its competitiveness in international markets.
  • Francophone Mobility: This work permit makes it simpler for Canadian employers to hire qualified individuals who are planning to live and work outside Quebec.

The international mobility program is well-understood by our team. We will work with you to determine which category your employees fall under and the best route for them to enter Canada given their unique situation.
